Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain and enhance dashboards and Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) exposure tools to support the business during crisis management, internal innovation initiatives and regulatory engagements.
- Support broader projects across the Counterparty Trading & Risk group, providing analysis and investigations related to Counterparty Credit Risk and XVA Trading.
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly grasp new concepts, solve complex problems and think creatively.
- Effectively manage competing priorities and deliver against time-sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across XVA Trading, ICM, Risk, Operations and Technology.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI-driven innovation into existing dashboards, analytical tools and processes, enhancing efficiency and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Advanced SQL and Tableau skills are essential; experience with Python or other programming languages would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and solve problems effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively both within the immediate team and across broader functions.
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Agility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance trading environment
- Ideally, a good understanding of and comfort working with derivatives modelling concepts.
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
