TheAssistantVice President (AVP)is akeymemberof theCommunity Investing and Development(CID) team, primarily supportingstakeholderengagement andreporting.The CID team works to advance economic opportunity through impact investing, employee volunteerism, the philanthropy of the Citi Foundation and fulfillment of regulatory obligations including the Community Reinvestment Act in the U.S.TheAVPwillcoordinate and supportstakeholder engagement andreportingeffortsincollaborationwith teamsacrossEnterprise Services and PublicAffairs,includingcolleagues incorporate communicationsandgovernment affairs, as well as other corporate functions, such aslegal.
Responsibilities:
Content development forflagshipcampaignsthatshowcaseCID’s approach and impact throughitsphilanthropy, equityinvestingand volunteerism
Contribute toimpactreporting, includingregulatory reporting, corporatereportingand flagship initiative reports
Draft submissionsforthird-party assessment and recognition activities, including awards,surveysand ratings/rankings
Produceinternal materials (i.e.toolkits,factsheets)to supportCID team membersinspeaking opportunities,convenings and publications
Work withexternalvendors and partners toproducecreative assets, such as graphics, videos, one-pagers, etc.
Supportthe production ofexecutive-levelbriefing materials and presentations for CID’s leadership team
Contribute to the development and maintenanceofCID and Citi Foundationplatforms, including webpages,SharePointsites, social media,email inboxes, etc.
Coordinate andmaintainthe team’s project pipeline and reporting cadence, ensuring visibility into milestones, priorities,progressand upcoming deliverables
Trackkey metrics to measure the success of CID’s stakeholder engagement and reporting efforts and flagship campaignsto inform decision making
Contribute tobenchmarking and analysisinitiatives toidentifybest practices and areas for improvement in stakeholder engagement and reporting efforts
Ensure adherence to allcompliancestandardsandfacilitateapproval processesfor internal/external content production
Qualifications:
Minimum of3yearsofprofessional experience, preferably inphilanthropy, corporate socialresponsibilityor related fields
Exceptional interpersonaland communicationskills,(bothwritten and verbal),with a proven ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
Advanced projectmanagementcapabilities, witha track recordof successfully delivering complex initiatives
Analytical,strategicdecision-making and problem-solving skills,withmeticulousattention to detail
Proven ability to driveinitiativesautonomously
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and thrive in fast-paced environments
Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite(Outlook, Word, Excel,PowerPoint)
Strategic integration andleveragingof AItools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in reporting and engagement
