Citi is one of the largest banks in the world, tracing its lineage to the City Bank of New York founded in 1812 and taking its modern shape through the 1998 merger that created Citigroup. Its most distinctive asset is a cross-border payments and treasury network unmatched by any competitor, moving trillions of dollars a day for multinational corporations, governments and other banks across roughly ninety countries. Alongside that institutional franchise it runs markets and investment banking, wealth management and a United States personal bank, and has spent recent years simplifying itself by exiting consumer operations across Asia, Europe and Latin America.

  • Leverage and coordinate with internal and external specialists (e.g., product specialists, legal) to ensure holistic and expert-driven client advice.
  • Partner with product support teams to facilitate efficient case management, solution design, and policy implementation.
  • Provide high-quality advisory support and clear communication to Client Advisors, Market Managers, and clients, ensuring transparency and understanding of complex insurance and wealth planning strategies.
  • Participate in and present at client events, educational seminars, and workshops to share insights on wealth planning strategies and insurance solutions, fostering client engagement and understanding.
  • Travel within the region as required.
  • Appropriately assess and manage risks associated with wealth planning recommendations, upholding the firm's reputation and safeguarding client interests. This includes adhering to all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and internal policies, exercising sound ethical judgment, and transparently escalating and reporting control issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Exceptional client-centric skills, including outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities, with a strong emphasis on clarity and diplomacy.
