GTM Engineer

We're reimagining enterprise Identity and Access Management from the ground up. Identity is the gateway to everything- who's let in, who's kept out, and it's now the number one attack vector in the enterprise. The tools built to govern it were designed for a slower world of human users and static environments. That world is gone. Identities are exploding across human, machine, and AI agents faster than legacy systems can track, and security teams are left patching together five disconnected tools that still can't answer "who has access to what, right now." We think the answer isn't another point solution- it's a new foundation. Oak is the AI-native Identity Operating System: an AI connector framework that reaches any application, a live identity graph built from raw evidence, and a team of AI agents that governs the full lifecycle of every identity in one platform. We're building Oak's AI-native core from day one-engineered for what enterprise identity is becoming, not patched onto what it used to be. And we're just getting started.

About the role:

Oak's GTM engine runs on the same builder mentality we bring to our product. As our GTM Automation Engineer, you'll design and own the systems, automations, and AI-driven tools that power how Sales and Marketing prospect, qualify, convert, and engage customers. You'll sit at the intersection of RevOps, engineering, and AI, turning manual GTM motions into scalable, self-service infrastructure. This is a builder's role: you'll go from a business problem to a working tool, then keep iterating as the team grows.

What you will Do:

• Build internal tools that help Sales and Marketing work smarter and faster
• Design and automate GTM workflows across prospecting, qualification, pipeline management, and customer engagement
• Analyze the revenue funnel, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve conversion and execution
• Build dashboards and analytics that give the team clear visibility into what's working and where to improve
• Develop playbooks, AI agents, automations, and self-service tools that eliminate repetitive work
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to solve business challenges with technology
• Explore new AI technologies and bring the best ideas into the business

What you will bring:

• Proven experience building in GTM, RevOps, or a technical marketing, sales, or ops role in B2B SaaS
• You enjoy building things from scratch and making them better over time
• Proven technical background with hands-on experience building AI-based and automation solutions for complex problems
• You're constantly experimenting with new AI tools and technologies
• You understand how modern sales organizations operate and how technology can make them more effective
• You're comfortable working with APIs and connecting different systems
• You know how to turn data into practical insights

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Salesforce, n8n, Zapier, Make, Outreach, or similar platforms
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, or other development languages
