What You'll Be Doing

The Senior Marketing Designer joins our design team and works across everything design touches: the website, brand, GTM and sales assets, and internal and employer branding. As ScaleOps moves from category creator to category leader in autonomous cloud and AI infrastructure management, this role helps mature the brand and build a design language that projects confidence, trust, partnership, and real expertise. Our product is deeply technical and our buyers are technical - platform engineers, DevOps, and SREs who are allergic to fluff - so the work here isn't decoration, it's translating hard technical substance into design this audience trusts.

• Design and evolve the website, from core pages to campaigns and product launches.
• Create GTM and sales assets: decks, one-pagers, solution briefs, event graphics, and social.
• Own internal and employer-branding design that supports culture and hiring.
• Research the product, category, and audience deeply enough to design with real understanding.
• Translate complex concepts across Kubernetes, cloud cost, and autonomous infrastructure into clear visual language.
• Design for credibility with an expert buyer, choosing substance and clarity over decoration.
• Partner with product marketing and engineering to get the technical story and details right.
• Help evolve the brand from early-stage toward category-leader maturity, building and extending a consistent design language - system, templates, and reusable components.
