What You'll Be Doing

• IT Operations & Infrastructure: Own global IT operations, infrastructure, endpoints, hardware, and day-to-day IT support.
• CAPEX & Procurement: Own IT budgeting, procurement, vendor management, and technology investments.
• Multimedia & Office Buildouts: Design and deploy AV, conference room, and hybrid meeting solutions across global offices.
• Identity & Google Workspace: Own Okta and Google Workspace administration, including user lifecycle, access, SSO, MFA, and policies.
• Security & Compliance: Implement IT security controls, manage access reviews and security incidents, and support SOC 2 / ISO 27001 compliance.
• IT Strategy & Standards: Establish IT policies, standards, and processes while driving scalable solutions across a global organization.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in IT management or a senior IT role, ideally within a global tech company.
• Proven track record owning IT operations end-to-end - infrastructure, support, procurement, and vendor management.
• Hands-on Okta administration experience - SSO, MFA, Workflows, lifecycle management.
• Strong Google Workspace Super Admin experience - policies, OUs, DLP, licensing.
• Experience planning and managing IT CAPEX budgets and working with Finance on procurement.
• Experience designing and deploying multimedia/AV setups for conference rooms and offices.
• Working knowledge of IT security best practices - endpoint security, access control, patch management, and compliance frameworks (SOC 2 / ISO 27001).
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall basics).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew; ability to work effectively across global time zones.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
