What You'll Be Doing

We're looking for a high-energy, people-first Operations Manager to own and scale our US operations, based in Boston - someone who thrives in a fast-growing startup, turns chaos into process, and gets energy from helping teams do their best work.

• Own HR operations end-to-end: onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and employee experience
• Coordinate payroll and compliance documentation for US employees
• Manage vendor and partner relationships, keeping things running without friction
• Plan internal events and culture moments that connect the US team to the global company
• Build process as we scale - identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and implementing them
• Act as the go-to contact for US employees on HR, finance, and operational questions

What You'll Bring

• 4+ years of experience in operations, people ops, or administrative roles; startup experience strongly preferred
• A self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do and finds satisfaction in making things work
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, without losing sight of the bigger picture
• Warm, positive communicator - people genuinely enjoy working with you
• Comfortable juggling multiple workstreams across HR, finance, and general operations
• Excellent written and verbal English; equally comfortable drafting a policy or a Slack message
• Able to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate across time zones
• Available to provide executive support during US visits - coordinating logistics, accommodations, meals, and scheduling for leadership visiting from HQ; requires being on-site during those visits
