Location: Jerusalem, Israel (On-site) Department: Sales Employment Type: Full-time Schedule: 4:00 PM-12:00 AM, Monday-Thursday (US-aligned hours)
About the Role
We're hiring outbound SDRs based in our Jerusalem office and working US hours to build and own our pipeline of qualified meetings between clients' brokers/advisors and property owners, asset managers, developers, and investors. You'll research and prioritize your own target accounts, reach real decision-makers, and qualify every conversation before booking. The pipeline you build should stand on its own. It shouldn't depend on any individual broker's existing relationships or referral network to stay full.
Responsibilities
- Build and prioritize your own target list of accounts and contacts.
- Identify and reach actual decision-makers, owners, asset managers, developers, or investors, not gatekeepers who can't move a deal forward.
- Qualify every prospect in real time against budget, authority, need, and timeline before booking a meeting, and know when not to book one.
- Do sharp account and signal research, lease expirations, funding events, expansion signals, to prioritize the right targets.
- Log a confirmed need, timeframe, fit, and authority for every meeting in the CRM so qualification can be verified at the Deal Identified stage.
- Walk brokers/advisors into every meeting already briefed on the account and contact, rather than handing off a bare calendar invite.
- Keep disciplined, consistent CRM hygiene and daily outbound execution.
Requirements
- Sustains high outbound activity and persistence without giving up early.
- Genuinely enthusiastic about building a career in sales, motivated by hitting quota, and energized by growing earnings through performance.
- Comfortable working a schedule aligned to US business hours.
- Prior experience as an SDR or in an outbound sales role - no real estate background required; we'll get you up to speed on the industry.
- Disciplined about CRM hygiene and daily execution.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with clear, easily understood pronunciation and professional communication.
