Agentic AI Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents and intelligent workflows.
• Build AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, memory management, and tool orchestration.
• Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, enterprise tools, and external applications.
• Build multi-agent systems using modern orchestration frameworks.
• Optimise prompts, agent behaviour, and contextual reasoning.
• Develop memory systems and context-aware AI interactions.
• Implement AI monitoring, evaluation, and guardrail frameworks.
• Collaborate with software engineering and product teams for AI solution development.
• Troubleshoot AI workflows and improve scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Contribute to long-term architecture decisions for enterprise AI systems.
• Document workflows, technical specifications, and AI implementation guidelines.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, or software development.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming and software development best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks and LLM-based applications.
• Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI workflow design.
• Familiarity with vector databases and embedding models.
• Experience in API integrations and backend services.
• Experience working in Linux environments and cloud ecosystems.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in international, multicultural teams.
