Sr. Software Engineer - AI

We're looking for an AI Engineer to drive the design and development of next-generation AI systems, someone who's not just experimented with LLMs but has shipped production-grade AI products at scale. If you're passionate about pushing the boundaries of GenAI and Agentic AI, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Design and development of #AI/ #GenAI-powered products and platforms.
• Design and build agentic AI systems capable of autonomous, multi-step reasoning and task execution.
• Architect and optimize #RAG (#RetrievalAugmentedGeneration) pipelines for accuracy, latency, and scale.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy #LLMs for real-world production use cases.
• Build robust, scalable Python backend systems to power AI applications.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define technical solutions.
• Follow best practices for AI system design, evaluation, and deployment.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with #AI, #GenAI, and #AgenticAI system design.
• Proven expertise working with LLMs for fine-tuning, prompting, evaluation, and deployment.
• Practical experience building and optimizing RAG pipelines (vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval strategies).
• Strong Python backend development skills, with experience building scalable APIs and services.
• Solid understanding of ML/AI fundamentals, model lifecycle, and production deployment challenges.
• Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps/LLMOps practices is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within the engineering team.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI/ML, or a related field (premier institute preferred).
