The Role

To support our customers across comments, reviews, email, and in-app channels within one of our mobile B2C products. You’ll work alongside an AI agent and our internal platform to answer questions, moderate conversations, investigate difficult cases, surface bugs, and turn customer feedback into improvements. We’re looking for someone warm, clear, curious, technically comfortable, and relentless about getting customers to the right outcome.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI support agent’s day-to-day performance: monitor conversations, manage escalated cases, step in when human judgment is needed, and turn recurring requests into automated workflows that can handle growing support volume.

• Manage customer support across live chat and email.

• Monitor and respond to comments on Facebook and Instagram, maintaining helpful and respectful conversations.

• Monitor and respond to reviews on the App Store and Google Play.

• Resolve account, subscription, payment, refund, and product-related questions.

• Investigate customer issues using our internal platform.

• Reproduce bugs, document findings, and coordinate resolutions with the team.

• Identify recurring customer problems, feedback, and sentiment trends.

• Share actionable insights with product, engineering, and operations.

• Own each issue through resolution and follow up with the customer.
