Clario is a healthcare technology company headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with a history dating back to 1972. The organization provides clinical trial endpoint technology and services, including electronic clinical outcome assessments, medical imaging, cardiac safety monitoring, and respiratory solutions. It operates on a global scale, supporting pharmaceutical and biotechnology firms through all phases of clinical research to generate high-quality evidence for regulatory submissions.

At Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, we develop technology that helps generate high-quality clinical evidence and improve patient outcomes worldwide. Our Imaging solutions support the accurate collection, analysis, and management of imaging data across clinical trials.

We are seeking a highly organized Sales Development Representative to support our Imaging commercial team. In this role, you will help identify and manage pipeline opportunities, coordinate proposal-related activities, and provide operational support throughout the early stages of the commercial process.

Working closely with Business Development and other cross-functional partners, you will help ensure that opportunities are properly documented, proposal materials are prepared on time, and Salesforce records remain accurate and current. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in clinical imaging or project coordination who is interested in developing a career within a commercial organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the identification and tracking of pipeline opportunities across an established portfolio of pharmaceutical sponsors and clinical research organizations.

  • Enter new opportunities into Salesforce and maintain accurate opportunity details, supporting documents, activities, and expected close dates.

  • Assist with the development and preparation of supporting proposal materials, capability presentations, and bid-defense slides.

  • Acknowledge requests for proposals and review submissions to confirm that the information required to prepare a response has been provided.

  • Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to collect missing information and clarify proposal requirements.

  • Coordinate internal strategy calls and ensure the appropriate contributors are engaged.

  • Manage proposal schedules, deliverables, and due dates, following up with stakeholders to keep activities on track.

  • Support the administration and revision of internal pricing tools.

  • Coordinate rebid requests, including pricing revisions, supplemental materials, and additional strategy discussions.

  • Follow up on change-order activities and maintain accurate completion and close dates in Salesforce.

  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Imaging commercial team in its business-development efforts.

  • Participate in Sales Operations, Sales-to-Services, and other departmental meetings as required.

  • Support additional commercial initiatives, assignments, and special projects as business needs evolve.

What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, communications, project management, or a related field.

  • At least one year of relevant experience in clinical imaging, clinical trials, project coordination, sales support, proposal development, technical writing, or budget development.

  • Clinical imaging experience or knowledge of the imaging business is strongly preferred.

  • Experience supporting projects, commercial activities, or cross-functional deliverables in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining complete and accurate information.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal partners.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative, remote team.

  • Sound judgment, initiative, adaptability, and a customer-focused approach.

At Clario, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence. It’s a cause that unites and inspires us. It’s why we come to work-and how we empower our people to make a positive impact every day. Whether you're advancing clinical science, building innovative technology, or supporting our global teams, your work helps bring life-changing therapies to patients faster.

Clario is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
