What you will do
Manufacturing Supervisor - reporting to the Plant Manager, within the Manufacturing Operations business unit. This is an onsite role located in the plant. You will lead production activities to ensure goals are met, staffing levels are maintained, and a safe, clean, and efficient work environment is upheld.

Train production personnelto perform assignments safely and efficiently
Maintain employee relationsthrough coaching and consistent application of policies
Ensure staffing levelsare aligned with production requirements
Administer safety standards, environmental practices, and housekeeping procedures
Oversee equipment maintenanceto ensure reliable operations
Investigate material variances, report findings, and recommend improvements
What we look for
Required
Ability to work shiftsand required overtime
Strong leadership skillswith a focus on safety and employee relations
Experience in manufacturing operations
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degreein Engineering, Business, or Operations
Supervisory or management experience(minimum 2 years)
Knowledge of union agreementsand disciplinary procedures
