What You'll Do:

Clear Launch is seeking a Senior or Principal software developer to join our rapidly growing team. We’re a laid-back team who works hard to deliver high-quality web and mobile applications. You should thrive on learning and delivering fast, well-written code. You will need to be a self-starter that leads, takes ownership and works well with minimal direction in a fast-paced startup technology environment.

**At this time, we support a hybrid work environment with at least two days/week in the office and have also socially distanced our office areas for added safety.

Job Description

• Architect, design and build amazing products using .Net Core, React, and a mix of new and proven technology.

• Strive to learn about our customers and their needs.

• Develop and implement innovative features and functionality.

• Start projects from scratch as well as work on large scale existing projects.

• Continually work to improve your skills and share your expertise with the team.

Proficiency & Skills

• RequiredBachelor's degree in Computer Science,or a closely related field plus a minimum of ten (10) yearsprogrammingexperience; prefer Master’s degree and experience insoftware/IT consulting services industry

• Demonstrable experience with modern C# .NET and/or NodeJs programming languages and service design

• Demonstrable experience of HTML/CSS and its cross-browser challenges

• Strong experience in data storage technologies

• Experience with at least one JavaScript framework such as React or Angular

• Experience with CSS libraries such as Bootstrap or Foundation

• Experience using modern software development tools and environments

• A team player who can deliver high quality software

• Ability to communicate with customers and discern client business needs

• Creative and constructive thinking a must

• A technology enthusiast who continually keeps abreast of new and emerging technologies
