Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as a Program Analyst, supporting multiple energy efficiency programs. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, learning quickly, and working with diverse stakeholders. You will support day-to-day program operations, data tracking, reporting, and customer and client coordination while gaining hands-on experience in the energy efficiency space.

You’re a great fit if you can…

• Support multiple programs at once and adapt to changing priorities

• Coordinate customer communications, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups

• Work with technicians to schedule site visits and ensure timely report delivery

• Track and manage program data, schedules, and key metrics

• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint

• Assist with invoicing, data reconciliation, and general program administration

• Support energy kit programs, including inventory checks, processing returns, and on-site coordination

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and customers

• Manage your workload independently while knowing when to ask questions

• Work on-site 1-2 days per week as required

Exciting candidates will have…

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Environmental Studies, Engineering or related field

• 0-2 years of relevant experience, or a recent graduate with strong transferable skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel (formulas, IF statements, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and PowerPoint

• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data

• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• A positive, coachable attitude and willingness to learn on the job

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a small team

• Comfort adapting to changing priorities and managing ambiguity

• Interest in energy efficiency, sustainability, or community-focused programs

• Experience with Power BI or data visualization tools (an asset, not required)

Targeted Compensation:

$30/hour

(equivalent to approximately $62,400 annually based on a 40-hour work week)

Canadian Commercial Driving Requirements

If applicable, meet all qualification, licensing, medical, and compliance requirements for commercial drivers under applicable provincial and territorial laws, the Canadian National Safety Code (NSC), and any federal regulations for extra-provincial operations, including hours-of-service and safety fitness requirements.
