What You'll Do
As a Bathroom Installer / Remodeler, you'll work in customers' homes completing high-quality bath and shower remodeling projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Perform demolition and removal of existing bath and shower systems
- Installing bath and shower remodeling systems
- Performing finish carpentry and basic plumbing as needed
- Completing installations according to company quality standards
- Keeping jobsites clean, organized, and safe
- Communicating professionally with homeowners and management throughout the project
- Following established installation systems and procedures
- Uploading completion photos and job updates
- Taking ownership of the finished product and customer experience
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are dependable, professional, and proud of the work they put their name on.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of construction, remodeling, or home improvement experience is preferred, but not required
- Plumbing and/or carpentry experience preferred
- Acrylic shower and bath installation experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Professional attitude when working in customers' homes
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
