Account Executive
About the Role
This is a full-cycle sales role on a growing European revenue team, focused on bringing digital transformation to traditional industries that still run on paper and spreadsheets. You will own a territory across Europe, managing deals from first outreach through C-level close and long-term account growth. The opportunity is large: the market is largely undigitized and demand is building fast.
What You'll Do
Build and qualify pipeline through cold outreach, trade shows, industry meetups, and direct prospecting.
Own the full sales cycle from initial contact through C-level negotiations and deal close.
Close mid-market deals (€25-40k) with companies of 100-2,000 employees in manufacturing, logistics, construction, and trade.
Expand and retain accounts post-sale, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Collaborate with BDRs, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to accelerate pipeline velocity.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience as an Account Executive in complex B2B SaaS, ideally at a Series A to C stage startup.
Proven track record closing deals in the €15-40k range, preferably into traditional European industries such as manufacturing, logistics, construction, or trade.
Experience building pipeline from zero using cold outreach and in-person events.
Proficiency with MEDDPICC or a comparable structured sales methodology.
Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is required.
Bachelor's degree from a recognised European university or equivalent.
Willingness to travel for trade shows, industry fairs, and client meetings.
Ownership mindset, coachability, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
€120,000-€160,000 OTE, with uncapped upside (150%+ target attainment achievable).
Clear progression path into Senior, Enterprise, or Leadership roles.

Location
Hybrid or remote across Europe, with the primary anchor in the Balearic Islands, Spain. Travel for client meetings and company events is expected.
