About the Role

What You'll Do
Lead consultative conversations with prospective clients, understand their needs, and recommend relevant solutions.
Build and manage a qualified prospect pipeline using data-driven insights and strategic outreach.
Guide prospects through the sales process and close deals by connecting their problems to the product's value.
Collaborate with the founding team to refine go-to-market strategy based on market feedback.
Use established sales playbooks while adapting your approach based on results.
What We're Looking For
Professional German proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Experience in business development, sales development, or a sales role.
Experience leading client-facing consultative sales conversations and advising prospects rather than relying on scripts.
Experience managing sales pipelines and tracking deal progress in a CRM or equivalent system.
Experience contributing to go-to-market strategy or market entry planning.
Background in legal technology, legal services, or B2B SaaS is valuable.
Comfort working independently in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity, rapid decisions, and minimal process overhead.
