About the Role
Join a client growth team at a B2B growth marketing agency, partnering with enterprise clients on their long-term account development. You will help clients identify growth opportunities and shape practical strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain strategic relationships with founders and senior decision-makers at key B2B accounts.
Own account development by identifying expansion opportunities and preparing clear recommendations.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to launch and scale client accounts.
Advise clients using a strong understanding of their business models and market dynamics.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on B2B lead generation and customer acquisition.
Prioritize work and support clear, timely decisions in a lean, fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For
At least 3 years of experience in growth, go-to-market strategy, or a related role, ideally in an agency or startup.
Demonstrated experience managing long-term B2B client accounts and driving account growth.
Experience developing and delivering B2B digital marketing strategies, especially for lead generation and customer acquisition.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to present strategic recommendations to founders and C-level executives.
Fluent German at a native or near-native level, and fluent English.
Analytical skills and the ability to understand complex B2B business models and market structures.
Experience with B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, CRM systems, or AI-driven marketing tools is beneficial.
