As a Software Developersupporting this Institute, you willbe responsible forthe design, documentation, coding, unit testing, systems testing, and deployment of software applications.Although this position is remote, you will work closely with other developers, project managers, analysts, leadersand clinicians to obtain regular feedback on design and development.Come utilizeyour knowledge in the field of computer science or software engineering along with software development and methodologies, while being a part of a world-class organization.

A caregiver in this position works remotely out of Ohio, Florida, or Nevada, Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

• Perform coding, debugging, testingand troubleshooting throughout the application development process.

• Adhere to the team's defined SDLC best practices, including use of templates and source control.

• Participate in story writing, estimatingand backlog refinement sessions.

• Follow department guidelines regardingtime tracking and work assignment.

• Debug and troubleshoot code-related issues and defects.

• Support projects and provide ongoing application support in an agile development environment.

• Deliver solutions and deliverables as part of a squad in an agile development environment.

• Complete assigned tasks within the established time estimate.

• Provide after-hours support as appropriate.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Two years of experience developing ASP.NET, VB.NETand/or C# applications

• Minimum two years of experience developing JavaScript-based applications, with strongunderstanding of HTML and CSS.

• An Associate’s Degreeand one year of experience will substitutethe experience requirement

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Associate’sdegree in information technology, computer science or a related field.

• Basic understanding of database and application services.

• Front-end developer with experience in technologies such as React, Sanity and Next.js.

• Understandingbasic front-end technologies.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.

• Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.

• Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
