What You’ll Do
As a Market Research Analyst, you will support our Sales and Marketing teams by researching companies, markets, industries, and key decision-makers to generate actionable insights.
- Conduct company and market research across the e-commerce, retail, and logistics industries.
- Research and validate company-level and person-level information using multiple sources.
- Build and maintain high-quality databases of companies, prospects, and market information.
- Conduct detailed online research to identify relevant and verifiable information.
- Track industry trends, competitors, market developments, and company offerings.
- Provide competitive intelligence and market insights to support Sales and Marketing initiatives.
- Explore and learn new research tools and technologies to improve the quality and efficiency of research.
- Build and maintain best practices for market research and database management.
- Regularly update research databases to ensure information remains accurate and relevant.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in market research, business research, lead research, or a similar role.
- Excellent Google/search skills and the ability to find relevant information quickly.
- Strong research and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
- Good understanding of the e-commerce, retail, SaaS, or logistics industry is a plus.
- Experience with research and data tools such as Lusha, Snov.io, Apollo, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong ability to verify information across multiple sources.
- Good communication skills and the ability to present research findings clearly.
- Curiosity to learn new tools and methodologies and work in a fast-paced environment.
