Since 2017, ClickPost has been building technology that helps leading retailers solve post-purchase logistics complexity. Today, we work with 600+ brands across India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and North America, managing tracking, exceptions, and returns across 700+ carriers.

We are also building the agentic layer for post-purchase, with AI agents that help brands resolve delivery exceptions, confirm orders, and recover lost sales.

Role Summary

As a Marketing Intern, you will work across different areas of B2B SaaS marketing based on business priorities and your strengths.

Your work could include market research, data analysis, content, social media, community building, campaigns, launches, or strategic projects.

This is a role for someone who enjoys learning, solving ambiguous problems, and taking ownership rather than following a fixed checklist.

Your First 1-3 Months

• Understand ClickPost, our products, customers, and target audience.
• Learn the basics of B2B SaaS, e-commerce, and logistics.
• Get comfortable with the tools and workflows used by the marketing team.
• Start working independently on research, content, data, and marketing projects.
• Take ownership of smaller projects and contribute ideas to improve how we work.

By 6 Months

• Independently own and deliver marketing projects.
• Develop deeper expertise in areas that match your strengths.
• Use data and research to make recommendations.
• Contribute to campaigns, content, community, and strategic initiatives.
• Proactively identify opportunities and solve problems with minimal supervision.

What You Will Need to Crack This Role

We care more about aptitude, curiosity, and ownership than prior experience.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Masters's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable with numbers, data, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to simplify complex information.
• Curious about how businesses and markets grow.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
