DESCRIPTION
As an ITSupport Technician you provide first line, on-site, end user support as a part of Sinch’s Global IT support team. Curiosity, user friendlinessand willingness to learn isessential. This role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software. You should be able to work independently and take full ownership of your own work as well as bea team player.
Your Impact & Responsibilities
First line support for all IT issues
Office IT equipment
Device management and software/hardware troubleshooting and fixes.
Administration of Microsoft 365 and related systems
Documenting solutions
REQUIREMENTS
2-3 years experienceof working with IT Support
Good knowledge of Windows and macOS
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
Experience of Azure and Active Directory
Experience of Android and iOS devices
Fluency in written and spoken English
IT degree
Experience in Microsoft environment

The annual starting salary for this position is between $48,000 - $72,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This role will be accepting applications until September 22, 2026at a minimum. Please note that the application timeline may be flexible to accommodate a comprehensive candidate evaluation.
