Available Schedules:
- Sunday 7:00am - 3:30pm & Monday - Thursday 9:30am - 6:00pm
- Sunday 7:00am - 3:30pm & Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 3:30pm
- Sunday hours are eligible for a shift differential
- Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 3:30pm
- Monday - Friday: 9:30am - 6:00pm
Compensation:
- Full-time positions starting at $19.00/hour

How to Succeed in This Role:
To remain agile, team members are cross-trained and expected to contribute outside their primary areas of expertise. All team members begin training in Small Pack and remain there until satisfactory knowledge of our products is acquired. Our warehouse supports products across US Cargo Control, Fasteners Plus, and Ecofoil, so attention to detail, adaptability, and a willingness to learn are important.

- Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
Primary Areas of Focus:
Small Pack
- Pick orders accurately and efficiently according to picking lists.
- Audit orders for accuracy.
- Pack orders securely and neatly for shipping.
- Fulfill orders in the ERP.
Receiving & Inventory
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and organization.
- Perform quality checks and accurately receive incoming products.
- Downstock and replenish bins using FIFO.
- Perform cycle counts to reduce lost and damaged inventory.
LTL
- Pick, pack, and ship small parcel and LTL orders according to standard procedures.
- Verify and maintain incoming and outgoing shipment records.
- Prepare and load items for shipment to third-party distribution.
As a growing team, you should be prepared to perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Participate in regular team lifting of materials over 60 lbs. in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Stand and walk for the majority of the shift, including frequent walking throughout the facility.
- Frequently bend, reach, and twist.
- Perform repetitive tasks with hands and arms.
- Regularly push and pull equipment such as pallet jacks and carts.
- Safely operate hand tools and material handling equipment.
Equipment
Ability to learn and safely operate powered industrial equipment, including stand-up and sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
