(Senior) Revenue Operations Manager (m/w/d)

Your role

Your mission

• Develop and implement Revenue Operations strategies across the full funnel, supporting Cloover's international growth and expansion goals
• Own end-to-end reporting, forecasting, and KPI dashboarding across all revenue channels
• Optimize and automate processes across our CRM and tech stack, with a focus on HubSpot and BI and reporting tools
• Run growth experiments and data-driven initiatives to improve funnel performance, efficiency, and conversion rates
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to operationalize processes and enable data-backed decision making

Your profile

We care more about how you think and what you've built than where you've been. Here's what will set you up for success in this role:

• Several years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Growth Ops, or a similar field, ideally across both B2B and B2C environments
• Strong command of HubSpot and hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools such as Metabase or Qlik; basic SQL knowledge is a plus
• Sharp analytical skills, a technical mindset, and proven experience building automation systems and data-driven workflows
• A growth mindset, you enjoy experimenting, learning fast, and keeping the big picture in view
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across functions

Nice to have (but not required):

• Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment
• Familiarity with the energy, fintech, or proptech space
