Full-stack Sitecore Developer

Role : Full-stack Sitecore Developer

Mode : Remote Aus hours AEDT

Client : Tertiary Education

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale digital solutions using Sitecore XM Cloud.

- Build and support modern headless applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.

- Develop scalable and performant front-end experiences leveraging modern rendering patterns including SSG, ISR, and server-side rendering.

- Implement and manage Sitecore wildcard pages within Next.js environments.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, UX teams, and developers to deliver technical solutions.

- Participate in architectural discussions and provide recommendations on best practices, performance, and scalability.

- Develop reusable UI component libraries using Tailwind CSS and modern design systems.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and cloud-based application management.

- Support integrations with enterprise platforms, APIs, and middleware solutions.

- Maintain high standards of code quality through testing, reviews, and documentation.

Essential Skills & Experience :

Sitecore Expertise :

- Commercial experience delivering solutions on Sitecore XM Cloud.

- Experience implementing or migrating solutions from Sitecore XP to XM Cloud.

- Strong understanding of Sitecore Headless Services, AI capabilities, content modeling, and personalization.

Full Stack Development :

- Strong experience with Next.js, React, and TypeScript.

- JavaScript (ES6+).

- Demonstrated experience implementing and supporting Sitecore wildcard pages within Next.js applications.

- Strong understanding of rendering and performance optimization techniques including SSG, ISR, caching strategies, and Core Web Vitals.

Front-End Development :

- Advanced experience with HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and Responsive design.

- Component-based architecture.

Communication & Consulting :

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

- Ability to engage directly with business stakeholders and provide technical recommendations.

Desirable Skills :

- Experience with Storybook, unit testing frameworks, PowerShell, Azure DevOps, Azure Web Apps, Azure Function Apps, Azure SQL, REST API development, WSO2 middleware, Sitecore Forms, Sitecore Connect, Sitecore Send, and Sitecore Content Hub.
