  • решение инфраструктурных инцидентов, решение клиентских инцидентов и ЗНО (на уровне L3 поддержки), взаимодействие с вендором
  • повышение стабильности инфраструктуры (развитие мониторинга, работа с инцидентами, предложения по изменению архитектуры)
  • взаимодействие с центром киберзащиты по закрытию уязвимостей
  • проведение регламентных работ
  • применение изменений в продуктивных средах
  • On-call дежурства
  • Если проживаете в МСК - гибридный формат работы, из других городов - удаленно
Требования:
  • Опыт эксплуатации VMware Cloud Director
  • Знания vSphere, NSX, vRealize стека
  • Опыт работы с REST API систем из VMware стека
  • Навыки автоматизации (Python/PowerCLI)
  • Базовые знания git
  • Опыт работы с системами мониторинга и визуализации (vROps, Prometheus, Grafana)
  • Опыт работы с PostgreSQL
  • Опыт работы с IaC: Terraform, Ansible
  • Опыт администрирования Linux
