职位描述
1.根据业务需求设计服务器硬件架构，包括主板布局、处理器（如X86/arm平台）、GPU选型、内存/存储配置、散热方案及电源系统
2.全程参与需求分析、负责原理图设计开发、量产交付及售后支持，协调ODM/OEM厂商完成硬件落地，并保证服务器质量可靠
3.编写技术文档（设计规范、测试报告等），确保项目可追溯性
4.分析硬件瓶颈（如散热、功耗、带宽），提出优化方案并实施调优
5.与网络、数据中心团队配合，围绕GPU服务器设计总体架构方案，确保在整体TCO、性能、易运维等方面具有领先性。
6.跟踪行业趋势（如PCIe 6.0、CXL互联、液冷技术），推动新技术在产品中应用
任职要求 / Requirements
1.5年以上服务器硬件选型或开发或者性能调优经验，精通CPU、GPU服务器硬件架构
2.熟悉主流厂商的服务器硬件产品，精通Cadence、Altium等EDA工具; 掌握Creo/PTC等结构设计
3.熟练使用示波器、网络分析仪等仪器，具备独立分析和解决问题能力
4.熟悉GPU服务器设计，具备液冷方案设计经验者优先
