OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW
As a DevOps Engineer you will play a pivotal role in building and deploying application code and resources to Azure, ensuring seamless integration of systems. This position demands a combination of technical expertise in Azure, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD, with a strong focus on automation and collaboration.
YOUR IMPACT ZONE
Build, automate, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to streamline the deployment process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient application code deployment and infrastructure provisioning on Azure.
Work independently and as part of a team to contribute to the overall success of our DevOps processes.
Utilize Terraform, K8, and/or other IaC tools to define and deploy infrastructure components on Azure.
Troubleshoot issues related to CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and system integrations, identifying root causes and implementing practical solutions.
Provide recommendations to enhance system reliability, security, and performance.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in DevOps, Azure, and cloud technologies.
YOUR TECH TOOLBOX
Proficiency in Azure services and resource management.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline configuration.
Knowledge of IaC tools such as Terraform.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Ability to make independent recommendations and conduct research when needed.
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.) or equivalent work experience. Previous experience in a DevOps role, particularly in an Azure cloud environment.
