Technical Delivery Manager

Weare now building TraceCtrl, our AI agent security and governance platform for regulated industries in Asia-Pacific. It defends against prompt injection, data leakage and the other risks in the OWASP Top 10 for LLM applications. We are looking for a delivery leader to own our largest enterprise engagements, starting with a large on-premise deployment of TraceCtrl LLM Guards. You own itfrom signed contract to go-live, and you keep it there.

What you will beworking on:

•      Own delivery of our largest enterprise and public-sector engagements, from signed contract togo-live and into steady state

•      Be the customer's single point of contact on timelines, technical scope and what we committed to in thecontract

•      Turn contract requirements into a delivery plan, and work with engineering and DevOps to holdthe milestones

•      Give hands-on technical guidance and configure the product alongside the customer. You read thearchitecture. You do not write production code

•      Own escalations on enterprise accounts. You lead the conversation with the customer. DevOps leads the technical fix

•      Coordinate onsite installation, configuration and go-live at customer premises

•      Turn what you learn into onboarding playbooks, so the next enterprise customer goes live faster thanthis one

•      Write Scope of Workswith Sales and Product, and manage contract deliverables and change requestswith Finance and Legal

•      Report milestoneadherence, SLA performance and customer satisfaction to the CEO every month

What we are lookingfor:

•      Bachelor's Degree inComputer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent

•      5 to 8 years intechnical delivery, professional services or customer-facing engineering

•      You have taken largeenterprise or public-sector on-premise deployments from contract to go-live. Beready to name them

•      You know contractmanagement, SLAs and delivery governance well enough to argue a change request

•      PMP and/or Agile Scrum certified will be a plus

•      You are willing totravel to customer sites in the region

•      Only Singapore citizensand PRs need to apply
