• Design AI solutions using Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Salesforce Flow.
• Build intelligent agents supporting sales, service, and customer engagement.
• Drive lead scoring, forecasting, and next-best-action recommendations.
• Automate case resolution and customer support workflows at scale.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce AI solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders.
• OptimizeAI performance, governance, and automation effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years Salesforce CRM experience across Admin, Consulting, or Development.
• Hands-on expertisewith Salesforce Flow and automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Agentforceand Einstein AI capabilities.
• Experience designing CRM workflows and business process automation.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking skills.
• Salesforce certifications preferred: Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or MuleSoft integrations.
• Exposure to generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agents.
• Background in RevOps, Sales Operations, or CRM transformation.
• Experience building enterprise chatbots or conversational AI solutions.
• Knowledge of CRM analytics, reporting, and data modeling.
