Pioneer Team Lead | WFO

• Assist managers and perform management duties when necessary.
• Prepare reports about team performance.
• Train and coach the team members. Provide encouragement, including communicating team goals, deadlines or quotas.
• Create strategies to make a team member adhere to company regulations and performance goals.
• Conducts team meetings and keeps the team members informed of new services.
• Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
• Customer service and sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• At least 3 - 5 years proven experience as a Team Lead for a BPO company handling US clients.
• Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
• Excellent comprehension and communication skills - written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using MS office and G Suite.
• A background in accounting is a plus.
• Ability to achieve and exceed KPI and Customer Satisfaction targets.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude and detailed oriented.
• Preferably with logistic experience.
• Familiarity with office software and phone systems is a plus
