The role: You will own the company's 3D and motion content. You will turn engineering data from our manufacturing partners in China and Europe into product visuals and solution animations that show how our fixed and mobile systems work together. Your work will be the centrepiece of our sales pitches, trade shows and digital campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Produce photorealistic 3D renders of AMRs, shuttles, stacker cranes, vertical lift modules and dock equipment in the company's visual identity.
- Create 3D animation videos showing end-to-end warehouse and factory flows, including robot movement, material handling and system interaction.
- Build and maintain a reusable 3D asset library (products, racking, conveyors, warehouse environments, people, forklifts).
- Prepare solution visualisations for customer proposals from layout drawings, often at short notice for live sales opportunities.
- Work directly with our manufacturing partners in China to obtain CAD/STEP files, specifications and reference footage, and ensure accurate representation.
- Validate technical accuracy of motion, speeds and sequences with our engineering teams in Singapore and Austria.
- Produce short-form cuts for social media, trade-show screens and the website; edit live site footage where available.
- Brief, review, and quality-check freelance resources for overflow work.
Qualifications
Advantageous
- Spoken and written Mandarin, to work directly with China-based partners.
- Experience in intralogistics, robotics, AGV/AMR, conveyor or warehouse automation.
- Simulation or digital-twin exposure (e.g. Unreal, Unity, Visual Components, FlexSim).
- Motion graphics and kinetic typography for explainer videos.
Remote working expectations
- Available and responsive on chat and video calls during Singapore business hours.
- Self-managed: plan your own workload, flag risks early and deliver to agreed deadlines.
- Attend a short daily check-in and provide a weekly update on work completed and in progress.
- Maintain a dedicated, quiet workspace with stable high-speed internet and backup power and connectivity.
- Handle partner CAD files and unreleased product information under strict confidentiality, on company-approved devices and storage only.
- A rendering-capable workstation is required for this role.
