KEY SKILLS:

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive training programs, workshops, and seminars for diverse skill levels.
• Oversee and manage the delivery of training sessions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards.
• Strategically evaluate and update training materials and resources to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
• Analyze training outcomes, feedback, and metrics to assess program impact and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management and department heads to align training initiatives with business goals and workforce needs.
• Mentor and support trainers, providing guidance and resources to enhance their delivery skills and program effectiveness.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE:

• 7-10+ years of experience in training management, program development, or a related field, with a focus on leading advanced educational initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; a Master’s degree or professional certification is preferred.

SOFTWARE:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and extensive familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training software.

• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, capable of managing complex training programs and aligning them with organizational goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with trainers, team members, and stakeholders.
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality training experiences and driving continuous improvement.
