Key Responsibilities

• Support the Academic Alliances team in outreach activities across universities and colleges.
• Work on the academic database and institutional mapping for outreach campaigns.
• Identify and reach out to untapped territories and institutions to expand CloudThat’s academic presence.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with institutional stakeholders including TPOs, HODs, Deans, and Directors.
• Follow up with prospective institutions regarding training programs, partnerships, workshops, and collaborations.
• Prepare and share proposals, presentations, and partnership documents with colleges and universities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication and execution of academic initiatives.
• Maintain activity trackers, meeting records, and CRM updates for ongoing engagement activities.
• Assist in organizing webinars, workshops, faculty development programs, and student engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Fresher or candidate with 0-1 year of experience in sales, business development, academic relations, or client engagement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident in speaking with academic stakeholders and institutional representatives.
• Good presentation and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Willingness to travel for institutional meetings and academic events when required.
• B.Tech/ MBA / BBA / Graduates from any stream with interest in sales and academic partnerships can apply.
