Role Overview:
As a SnapLogic Developer, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing high-performance data pipelines that drive our clients' analytical capabilities. You will work closely with data architects, business analysts, and client stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into automated, reliable data workflows. Your contribution will directly influence the speed and accuracy of data availability, ensuring that our clients can make informed, data-driven decisions with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable integration pipelines using SnapLogic to facilitate seamless data movement across enterprise applications.
- Architect efficient data loading processes into Snowflake DB to support high-volume analytical workloads and reporting requirements.
- Transform and manipulate complex JSON data structures to ensure data integrity and compatibility across diverse source and target systems.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing integration workflows to improve performance, reduce latency, and minimize operational overhead.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document technical specifications and ensure alignment with business objectives and data governance standards.
- Conduct thorough unit testing and performance tuning of pipelines to ensure they meet stringent production-readiness criteria.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining complex integration patterns using the SnapLogic platform.
- Strong proficiency in managing and optimizing Snowflake DB environments, including schema design and performance tuning.
- Advanced capability in parsing, mapping, and transforming JSON data formats within integration workflows.
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex data integration challenges independently.
- Minimum of 3 - 7 years of hands-on experience in data engineering or integration development roles.
- Flexibility to work effectively in a hybrid environment across our Bangalore, Pune, or Noida office locations.
