Technical Implementation Specialist

The Technical Implementation Specialist at Clozd is a key role combining new client onboarding, technical integrations, and strategic client engagement to ensure Clozd customers are set up for success.

What you will be doing:

Client Engagement & Feature Adoption

• Act as a project manager to oversee the onboarding process for all new clients.
• Engage weekly with clients at the beginning of their contract to drive successful adoption of features by offering training and support resources.
• Multi-thread in the organization to ensure all necessary stakeholders are involved to move the program forward.
• Instill urgency in our clients so that they are onboarded in a timely manner and can quickly realize value from Clozd.
• Meet with clients still in the sales process to set proper expectations about onboarding and implementation.

Technical Implementations & Integrations

• Guide clients through technical onboarding including setting up integrations such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, Teams, Slack, Gong, DKIM, SSO, Crayon, MCP, and API connections.

Product Strategy & Client Feedback

• Advocate with the Product Management team for feature requests based on client input and feedback.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year(s) of experience in technical solutions, implementations, support, or related roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical topics.
• Ability or eagerness to quickly master new technical tools and concepts.
• Practical experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and integrations.
• Confidence presenting to an executive audience.
• Strategic and proactive mindset for improving processes and enhancing client satisfaction.
