- Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Experience leading a cross-functional team in an agile environment, with strong stakeholder management and the ability to drive alignment across product, design, and engineering
- Technical Credibility: Hands-on background as a Backend, Native Mobile, or DevOps engineer - enough to hold substantive conversations with your engineers and engage in small initiatives yourself

- Communication & Navigating Change: High emotional and relational intelligence, with strong verbal and written communication across technical and non-technical audiences. You make sound decisions in dynamic, fast-growing environments and help your team stay grounded through change
- Don't meet every requirement? We still encourage you to apply - we're looking for potential and passion, not perfection
