Missions
- Responsable de la conversion des entonnoirs et de l'optimisation des marges, en construisant des tableaux de bord et des prévisions.
- Développement de règles de tarification et de vieillissement qui équilibrent les jours de vente, les marges prévues et les ajustements.
- Définition de règles de routage basées sur les données pour maximiser la valeur des véhicules.
Profil recherché
- Willing to commute to our headquarter in downtown Toronto (60 Adelaide Street East); remote candidates will not be considered- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively across teams and levels of the organization
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced, and operationally intensive environment
- Analytical mindset (“good with the numbers”) + execution-driven attitude (not afraid to “roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty”)
- Education: Minimum High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience or interest in auto and/or consumer financing is a bonus - but you can expect to learn on the job
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in strategy/management consulting, investment banking, corporate development, or 3+ years at a high-growth technology company in a BizOps, or pricing operations role
