Business Analyst

Missions

• Engager avec les parties prenantes pour comprendre, analyser et documenter les besoins commerciaux et opérationnels.
• Créer des user stories, des critères d'acceptation, des flux de processus et des spécifications fonctionnelles.
• Collaborer avec les Product Owners, les Architectes, les Développeurs et l'équipe QA pour garantir que les exigences sont clairement comprises et efficacement livrées.

Profil recherché

- Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering and process mapping

- Experience working in Agile delivery environments

- Experience with collaboration and process modelling tools such as Miro, Visio or Figma

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills

- Experience working as a Business Analyst

- Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Pega

- An understanding of APIs, JSON, XML, system integrations and enterprise applications

- Awareness of the Software Development Life Cycle

- Business Analysis, Agile or Pega certifications
