Job Description

• Gather requirements from various departments, consolidate the information, and create high-level designs.
• Review deliverables produced by the offshore team.
• Perform manual testing before releasing to the production environment (Honban).
• Identify opportunities and gather requirements from customers, and propose suitable solutions when necessary.

Qualifications

• Related technologies: Python programming language (including some COBOL modules), AWS (Lambda Service), DynamoDB, S3, Terraform, IAM, and React for front-end development.
• Experience and understanding of application development, including web applications, desktop (Windows) applications, and system integration.
• Ability to perform Basic Design, Detailed Design, and Architecture Design
• Strong communication and consulting skills, with the ability to work directly with customers and propose appropriate solutions.
• Language: Japanese proficiency at JLPT N1 level (required to communicate directly with non-technical end users).
• Approximately 3 years of experience as a Bridge System Engineer (BrSE)
