As the HR Operations Manager - USA at CME Group, you will serve as the strategic leader and operational expert driving our US HR Operations and AskHR service delivery model. What You’ll Do:
Lead the day-to-day activities and professional development of the US HR Operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Served as primary Workday SME governing end-to-end HCM business processes, supervisory organization structures, and data validation rules to ensure 100% data integrity across downstream integrations.
Oversee the AskHR service delivery model by utilizing service analytics, CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) metrics, and regular reporting to identify trends and implement strategic service improvements.
Maintain a strong commitment to responsiveness, efficiency, and timely SLA delivery, ensuring a high-quality, supportive experience for all employees.
Act as the Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME), guaranteeing the execution, accuracy, and compliance of HR data that impacts Payroll and other downstream systems.
Drive compliance and audit initiatives by managing complex inquiries from regulatory groups, government agencies, and internal/external auditors.
Partner with the HR Technology team to optimize systems by participating in Workday enhancements, upgrades, testing efforts, and the deployment of global HR capabilities.
Spearhead change management efforts during system and process transitions, helping to drive the successful adoption of scalable, redesigned workflows across the organization.
Collaborate closely with HR Operations Leadership to communicate employee feedback, recurring issues, and team performance metrics, ensuring complex or escalated inquiries are tracked and resolved seamlessly
Design, enhance, and oversee Workday reporting to fulfill HR reporting obligations with high quality and strategic purpose.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience:8+ years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role overseeing teams and complex data management.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
System & Tech Proficiency:Deep expertise in Workday (all HR business processes, transacting data changes, and reporting), Google Workspace applications, and enterprise ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow).
Innovation & Automation:Strong preference for candidates with experience leveraging AI tools to automate and streamline HR processes.
Change Leadership:Proven experience managing change and leading teams through system integrations and operational improvements.
