Role: Luxury Travel Designer / Travel Concierge
VA Rate: $650-$1250/month
Availability: Part time - 20 hours/week

Requirements
Experience Needed/Responsibilities:
- Take inbound travel requests and interface with clients to gather their preferences
- Work with luxury clients to book all arrangements (flights, hotels, cruises, packages)
- Input all bookings into itinerary and commission-tracking / CRM systems
- Reconfirm every detail as the trip approaches
- Be on-call during live trips to handle any issues in real time
- Systems component: help design workflows, connect CRMs, and identify API automations to make the role more efficient
Good to have:
- Super-user experience with travel concierge systems - Safari Portal and Tern especially (also Travify, Fora); current team underutilizes these, so a power user would unlock significant value
- Spanish fluency (emerging Mexico opportunities)
- Based in South Africa
- Self-starter who can run with tasks without oversight; critical thinker and proactive communicator
- High emotional intelligence - able to handle service recovery, not just escalate issues
Non-negotiable Requirements:
- Travel experience with booking and managing itineraries (5+ years, bookings, payments, deposits, suppliers)
- Excellent customer service and executive-level communication this is a client facing role (comfortable with C-suite and high-net-worth clients)
- English as a first language, perfect english fluency
Industry/Tools Experience:
- 5+ years in travel as a concierge, experience with concierge and booking
- Safari Portal and Tern (primary systems in use)

REQUIREMENTS
Experience Needed/Responsibilities:
You are the tip of the spear. Your job is to start conversations and book qualified demos for our closers.
- Cold call the lead lists we already have in GoHighLevel (GHL). We have hundreds of leads sitting in the CRM right now. You'll work them.
- Call warm leads from every channel, including anyone who's shown interest through email campaigns, paid ads, conferences, podcasts, and any other organic or paid traffic. When a lead comes in, you're on it fast.
- Run intro/fact-finding calls with prospects who booked a demo. Before they meet a closer, you'll have a short discovery conversation to understand their business, identify their pain points, and set the closer up to win.
- Follow up relentlessly. No lead dies in your pipeline. You call, text, and email until you get a yes, a no, or a booked demo.
- Log everything in GHL, including every dial, outcome, and note, so the whole team can see what's working.
Good to have:
- Organized enough to keep a pipeline clean in a CRM.
- Wants a career, not just a gig - this role is the on-ramp to closing
- Experience selling into the trades or home services,SaaS/software sales experience, or time in a high-volume SDR/BDR seat.
Non-negotiable Requirements:
- Someone who genuinely likes to grind - high dials, high energy, thick skin, short memory on a "no."
- Willing and eager to cold call. This is most of the job. If the phone scares you, this role will not be a fit.
- Coachable and hungry to learn a real sales process (we'll give you scripts, an objection playbook, and daily coaching - you bring the reps)
