Technical Support Engineer

Job Description: Full-time, on-site Technical Support Engineer role in Karachi, Pakistan. Morning shift. Provides technical support for software applications, operating systems, user accounts, and basic network connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Gather issue details, reproduce faults, assess impact, troubleshoot problems, and apply root-cause analysis.
• Use service-desk workflows to prioritize, escalate, resolve, and document support requests.
• Explain technical steps to users and follow through on unresolved issues.
• Handle financial-service information securely and confidentially.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and other support teams.
• Learn fintech products, tools, and support procedures.

Job Specification:

• Troubleshooting across software applications, operating systems, user accounts, and basic network connectivity.
• Knowledge of ticketing or service-desk workflows, including prioritization, escalation, and resolution documentation.
