Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist in Pune having 4+ years of experience with strong experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy advanced computer vision and Vision Language Model (VLM) solutions for enterprise applications.

- Build, fine-tune, and optimize deep learning models for image classification, object detection, segmentation, OCR, and visual understanding.

- Develop multimodal AI applications that combine vision and language capabilities using state-of-the-art foundation models.

- Train, fine-tune, and evaluate computer vision models using PyTorch and Hugging Face frameworks.

- Implement image preprocessing, augmentation, feature extraction, and model optimization pipelines.

- Integrate Vision AI solutions with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.

- Optimize models for inference performance, scalability, and production deployment.

- Work closely with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Product teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.

- Evaluate emerging Vision AI and multimodal technologies and recommend best practices.

- Create reusable AI components, documentation, and technical standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, or AI application development.

- Strong hands-on experience building end-to-end computer vision solutions.

- Experience working with Vision Language Models (VLMs) and multimodal AI architectures.

- Strong programming skills in Python.

- Extensive experience with PyTorch for deep learning model development and training.

- Strong understanding of computer vision fundamentals, image processing, and deep learning techniques.

- Experience with OpenCV for image processing and computer vision pipelines.

- Hands-on experience using Hugging Face Transformers, Datasets, and model fine-tuning.

- Strong understanding of CNNs, Transformers, Vision Transformers (ViTs), and multimodal architectures.

- Experience evaluating and optimizing model accuracy and inference performance.
