Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator in Chennai having 8+ years of experience.

Must-Have Skills :
- 8+ years of experience in IT / Business Systems.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Customer Support Platforms.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of: Freshdesk, Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of Customer Support processes, including: Ticketing, SLA management, Ticket routing, Queues, and Omnichannel support.
- Strong experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, Middleware and system integrations.
- Experience with Workflow Automation and Low-code platforms.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable support-system solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, configure and enhance customer support platforms based on business requirements.
- Manage and optimize ticketing, routing, queues, SLA and omnichannel workflows.
- Develop and maintain integrations between customer support platforms and other enterprise applications using REST APIs, Webhooks and Middleware.
- Automate repetitive support processes using workflow automation and low-code capabilities.
- Gather requirements from business and customer support stakeholders and translate them into functional solutions.
- Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Support platform configuration, testing, deployment and ongoing enhancements.
- Troubleshoot integration and workflow-related issues and coordinate with technical teams where required.
- Maintain system documentation, process flows and integration specifications.
- Ensure solutions align with business needs, scalability, security and operational requirements.
