Software Engineer

We are looking for experienced Software Engineering professionals with strong coding expertise and a solid foundation in computer science and software development. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience designing, building, reviewing, and maintaining complex software systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications and systems.
• Write clean, scalable, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Review complex codebases and identify technical issues or improvement opportunities.
• Work on backend, frontend, full-stack, systems, or compiler-related engineering tasks based on expertise.
• Contribute to software architecture and technical design decisions.
• Debug and resolve complex technical problems.
• Apply strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, system design, and software engineering principles.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and communicate technical decisions clearly.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Informatics, or a closely related technical field.
• Strong hands-on coding and software development experience.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, system design, debugging, and software architecture.
• Ability to work with large or complex codebases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
• Experience leading complex engineering projects.
• Strong code review and architectural design experience.
• Experience mentoring engineers or providing technical direction.
• Exposure to large-scale, distributed, or production-grade software systems.
