Software Engineer

CodeIntegrity is the platform security teams use to control MCPs and agents, built for companies deploying AI across the enterprise. We raised $5 million from SYN Ventures, Antler, and Boost, and we are a small team, mostly engineers, shipping fast. We are building the infrastructure that will make enterprise AI safe to use.

What You Will Do

You'll build the software enterprises use to monitor and control AI agents connected to tools and data. Work with our security engineers to turn security requirements into reliable product features.

• Build backend services for agent connections, tool access, execution records, and control workflows.
• Design APIs and data models that handle agent activity, permissions, and customer data securely.
• Build integrations that connect agents, MCP servers, and enterprise systems with clear authentication and authorization boundaries.
• Keep production systems reliable. Write tests, add useful logs and metrics, and debug failures and performance issues.
• Ship features from design through rollout. Review code, document technical decisions, and improve the product using customer feedback.

What We Need

• You have built and maintained software used by customers or internal teams.
• You can design and implement backend services, APIs, and database models.
• You understand authentication, authorization, and safe handling of untrusted input.
• You can test your work, investigate production issues, and reason about performance and failure handling.
• You write maintainable code, communicate tradeoffs clearly, and take ownership of a feature from an open-ended problem to a working release.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with the MCP specification and how MCP servers are built and used.
• Experience with identity, authentication, authorization, gateways, or related access-control systems.
