Sales & Business Development Intern

We're a startup.

That means we're a small team building something we're genuinely excited about. There are no layers of management, no corporate politics, and no one to hide behind.

Everyone here builds. Everyone contributes. Everyone owns their work.

If you're looking for a chill 9-to-5 where you can do the bare minimum, this isn't for you.

If you enjoy challenges, want to learn fast, and want to be part of building something from the ground up, keep reading.

### What you'll be doing

Your job is simple.

Close sales.

We'll provide the leads, the services, and the support. Your responsibility is to build trust with potential clients, understand what they need, and turn conversations into paying customers.

You'll be talking to business owners, following up on leads, handling objections, negotiating, and getting deals across the finish line.

Every sale you close directly contributes to the growth of the company.

### Who we're looking for

You're confident talking to people in English.

You don't give up after hearing "no."

You communicate clearly.

You're willing to learn.

You're self-driven and don't need someone checking on you every hour.

You're comfortable taking ownership.

And here's the important part...

If you can't work under pressure, don't apply.

Startups move fast.

Things change.

Sometimes you'll have multiple priorities.

Sometimes you'll need to figure things out on your own.

That's part of the journey.

### What you'll get

Monthly Allowance: Base salary + Commission for every sale you close

Hands-on mentorship.

Real startup experience.

A chance to grow with the company.

If you perform well, there's an opportunity to continue with us long-term.

We're not looking for the perfect CV.

We're looking for someone who's hungry to learn, enjoys talking to people, and wants to be part of building something meaningful.

If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
