We are currently seeking a Head Chef - Banquets to join our Culinary team. The role involves overseeing banquet kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation, and delivering memorable culinary experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily banquet kitchen operations and ensure smooth food production and service.
- Plan and coordinate food preparation for banquets, events, and functions.
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion standards.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with the Events and Food & Beverage teams to meet guest requirements.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of banquet food production and kitchen operations.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events and work effectively in a fast-paced environmen
